Work with the Ensembl and CABANA team to get to grips with the Ensembl Plants browser, including expression reports, comparative genomics and the Variant Effect Predictor. We will also review how to analyze pan-gene sets of clades in Ensembl Plants. The material also covers variant calling, genotyping and the annotation of disease resistance genes.
